Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick
Slice chicken breast into 1/2 inch slices on the diagonal
Heat large skillet on medium heat, add 2 tbsp avocado oil & continue to heat for 1-2 minutes
Add slices of chicken to the pan, being sure not to crowd, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Remove and set aside on plate. Continue to cook chicken in batches until it is all done
Whisk together ingredients for the sauce: minced garlic, jalapeño & ginger, 1 cup broth, 1/4 cup coconut aminos, 2 tbsp raw honey, 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
Add 1 tbsp of avocado oil to the skillet, and cook broccoli for 3-4 minutes, until halfway cooked
When broccoli is halfway cooked, add the chicken back to the skillet and turn to LOW
Whisk the sauce together one more time and then pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring and cooking for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
